We guarantee a 100% accurate translation that will be accepted by immigration and other Federal Government offices.

If you discover a problem with a translation for which you have paid and you notify us within 10 days of the time you received the translation, we will work on the translation until it is accurate. If we made the error, we will mail replacement pages on which changes have been made free of charge. If you indicate that there is a formatting problem with the paper copy you receive, you must either email a scan of the problem or mail the document back to us for confirmation. If we determine that the formatting error was not discovered during certification, we will mail a new translation to you.

However, if after you receive the translation, you decide that you want additional changes to a translation you have already approved and the change is not the result of a mistake we made, we will make the changes free of charge, but you will pay for shipping for new paper copies.

If more than 10 days pass from the time you received your translation, we will assume that you are completely satisfied with it. If you then need changes, we invite you to order additional copies from our website. Please include in your order what changes you would like to make.

We guarantee that our translations will be accepted by USCIS (immigration) and other Federal Government agencies. In the unlikely event that USCIS (immigration) rejects our translation, email or fax a copy of the rejection letter and we will immediately take appropriate action to ensure that they will accept the translation. We will do this completely free of charge. If they still do not accept the translation will will give you a 100% full refund!

We guarantee that our translations will be accepted by other agencies ONLY if you check with them first and they tell you that they will accept a translation performed and certified in the State of Florida. This includes State Departments of Motor Vehicles. If the agency has special requirements, you must inform us. If we cannot meet their special requirements, we will not accept the order and will refund your payment. Some state agencies have lists of translators in their individual jurisdictions from which you must choose to have your translation done. Please check first with the office for which you need a translation to ensure that they will accept a translation that is notarized in Florida. You can often do this on line. If you do not check first, and the agency or DMV does not accept our translation for any reason, our guarantee does not apply.
