How much does it cost?

How long does it take?

Answer: We try to complete single translations in 2-3 business days. Larger projects or multiple certificates are completed as quickly as possible. We will inform you about your delivery date soon after you order, and you can track the progress on your personal order status page.

Are your translations notarized?

Answer: Yes

How do I send you a copy of my document?

Answer: After you order, you may upload your document to our server or you may email or fax it to us.

Can I get a PDF copy of my certified translation?

Answer: We offer a PDF copy for a nominal charge that you can order from our special order page.

Do you offer faster mail service?

Answer: Yes, you may order FedEx priority overnight service for an additional charge when you checkout.

Do you prepare certified translations from English into other languages?

Answer: Only into Spanish. If you want a certified translation from English into any other language, please contact the consulate of the country for which you need the translation, and they will assist you in contacting a sworn translator in their country.

*A word about the US Postal Service. If you select the Free Priority US Mail, the normal delivery timeframe is 2-3 days; however, once we turn your package over to the US Postal Service, we cannot guarantee any particular delivery date for Priority Mail nor does the US Postal Service guarantee any delivery schedule.
