If you are not completely satisfied with a translation for which you have paid and you notify us within 30 days of the time you received the translation, we will work on the translation until you are completely satisfied.  We will mail replacement pages on which changes have been made.

If more than a month passes from the time you received your translation, we will assume that you are completely satisfied with it.  If you then need changes, we invite you to order additional copies from our website.  Please include in your order what changes you would like to make.

We guarantee that our translations will be accepted by USCIS (immigration) and college records review boards. In the unlikely event that USCIS (immigration) rejects our translation, email or fax a copy of the rejection letter and we will immediately take appropriate action to ensure that they will accept the translation.  We will do this completely free of charge. 

We guarantee that our translations will be accepted by other agencies ONLY if you check with them first and they thell you that they will accept a translation performed and certified in the State of Florida.   This includes Motor Vehicle Departments.  Some state agencies have lists of translators in their individual jurisdictions from which you must choose to have your translation done.  Please check first with the office for which you need a translation to ensure that they will accept a translation that is notarized in Florida.  You can often do this on line.  If you do not check first and the local agency/DMV does not accept our translation ONLY because it is from out of state, our guarantee does not apply.
